An exciting new role has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join the Technical Services team at GPE. This role will report into the Senior Building Surveyor and will involve the following key responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair strategy
- CAT A, Minor refurbishments and lease deal alterations
- Customer works and Licence to Alter
- Dilapidations
- Legislative requirements
- Suppliers
- Environmental responsibilities
- Corporate responsibility
