In May 2024, we announced a £250 million fully underwritten rights issue
enable us to take further advantage of disrupted investment market pricing. The rights proceeds will help us unlock a strong pipeline of potential acquisitions, totalling circa £1.4 billion at the time of the announcement, and unlock the development of two recent property acquisitions at The Courtyard, W1 and the Soho Square Estate, W1.
