GPE announces three new senior appointments to support the existing team to deliver on its ambition to grow the Flex portfolio to over 1 million sq ft, up from 0.5 million sq ft today. The addition of this in-house capability will enhance both the speed and quality of delivering best-in-class workspaces, whilst optimising costs.
- Felicity Roocke joined as Head of Workspaces – Design & Delivery on 1 April. Felicity brings a wealth of experience in the world of flexible workspaces, having held roles as the Head of Design at Fora and Principal at Hassell, an award-winning design practice. She has over 20 years of experience as a Designer in the UK, creating agile award winning, people focused workspaces. Felicity will be reporting to GPE’s Director of Projects, Helen Hare.
- Chris Stokes has been appointed as Head of Customer Experience for Flex Workspaces from 7 May. Chris joins GPE from The Instant Group, where he has held roles as Operations Director and Client Services Director for over 10 years, having previously also worked for NEST as their Head of Facilities. Chris brings with him extensive knowledge on how to create great customer experiences and will be reporting to GPE’s Director of Customer Experience & Relationships, Rebecca Bradley.
- Trevor Phyo has been appointed as GPE’s Senior Development Manager. Trevor joins the business from Fora, where he was Head of Development and his role led on acquiring, developing and delivering high-quality workspaces, throughout London and the UK. Trevor will join GPE in June to focus on Flex and HQ projects and he will be reporting to GPE’s Director of Development Management, Piers Blewitt.
The new appointments complement the existing team, including David Korman, recently promoted to Senior Flex Leasing Manager, and Anthony Osho, whose role has been expanded since joining a year ago to Customer Relationships and Insights Lead.
Anthony will manage GPE’s relationships with its Flex customers, whilst retaining responsibility for customer insights and GPE’s customer experience strategy. Anthony will be supported by two new roles: Daniel Burke who joins from CACI consultancy as GPE’s new Insights Analyst, due to start later in April, and a Customer First Manager where recruitment is underway.
All new hires will work closely with Simon Rowley, GPE’s Director of Flexible Workspaces, who has overall responsibility for the Flex side of GPE’s business. Both Simon Rowley and Rebecca Bradley report to Nick Sanderson, Chief Financial & Operating Officer at GPE.
