GPE announces that the final two retail lettings at 67 and 69 New Bond Street, part of its Hanover development, have been let to premium brands Dsquared2 and Hackett. Dsquared2 will launch its new London flagship at 67 New Bond Street and Hackett at unit 69, for its first ever 14 Savile Row concept store.
Dsquared2 will occupy 4,700 sq ft at 67 New Bond Street across ground, basement and first floors. The luxury fashion brand will be next door to Opera Gallery and Seiko and will stock their latest collections for men, women and children. Set to open later in Q1, this will be Dsquared2’s only standalone flagship London store; the brand previously traded on the corner of Conduit Street and has fashion lines that remain in Flannels, Harrods and Selfridges.
Joining Dsquared2, Hackett will occupy 2,350 sq ft at 69 New Bond Street, which will trade as its first standalone concept store, ‘14 Savile Row’ by Hackett. The menswear brand is renowned for its tailoring and following its original headquarters at 14 Savile Row, this new concept store will provide bespoke tailoring and causal menswear with luxury crafted fabrics. An edited version of the brand’s current collection is only available within their Regent Street and Sloane Square stores, meaning this latest store located at Hanover on New Bond Street will be the first of its kind.
Both retail brands are set to join several other premium names at Hanover including, Bang & Olufsen, Canali, Pronovias, Opera Gallery, Seiko and Moyses Stevens, as well as WatchHouse coffee house and The MAINE restaurant who are located in the heart of Hanover’s newly created Medici Courtyard.
