Great Portland Estates plc (“GPE”) announces that Charles Philipps, who has been GPE’s acting Senior Independent Director since 7 July 2016 will be appointed Senior Independent Director with effect from 12 April 2017.
Elizabeth Holden has also informed the Board that she will not be seeking re-election to the Board at the 2017 Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 July 2017.
