    We got a 20 year lease here at Hanover Square, we loved the building when we saw the capability of what it could offer us in space. The ready to fit concept was definitely the area we wanted to focus on for our fit out, it gave us the blank canvas to make a much more bespoke design. Work very closely in collaboration with everyone on how we design the space down to the finite detail.

Signing a ten-year lease and set to open it's doors in early 2025, the British luxury brand is making its mark in the heart of Soho. Their second store globally, following its LA store in West Hollywood.

The brand has over 150 stockists worldwide, including Saks, Neiman Marcus Group, Nordstrom, Flannels, Selfridges and Harrods.

350 architects, council leaders, and built environment professionals worldwide gathered at the awards ceremony in Altrincham to celebrate outstanding achievements in architecture, urban design, planning, the public realm, and public art.

The judges commented that “Hanover is a successful blend of public realm enhancements and architectural place-making which has transformed the site into a modern, varied, and engaging urban environment.”
